1. Acceptance of Terms

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and refrain from submitting an enrollment request.

2. Our Services

HSE Experts & Consultancy provides professional education, health and safety training, internationally recognized qualifications, consultancy services, workshops, seminars, corporate training, examination preparation, and related educational services. Course availability, schedules, instructors, delivery methods, and training locations may vary and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility for Enrollment

Enrollment is open to individuals who satisfy the eligibility requirements of the selected course. Certain internationally accredited qualifications may require previous academic qualifications, professional experience, or language proficiency. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure they meet all prerequisites before submitting an enrollment request.

4. Online Enrollment

Our website allows prospective students to submit online enrollment requests for available training programs. Submission of an enrollment form does not automatically guarantee admission into a course. Every application is reviewed by our admissions or training team, and enrollment becomes effective only after all applicable requirements have been fulfilled, including document verification (where applicable) and confirmation of payment.

Applicants are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the enrollment process. HSE Experts & Consultancy reserves the right to reject or cancel any enrollment containing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

5. Course Fees & Payments

Course fees vary depending on the selected qualification, certification body, training mode, and examination requirements. All fees communicated by HSE Experts & Consultancy are payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

• Full or partial payment may be required before confirmation of admission.
• Examination, certification, registration, or awarding body fees may be charged separately where applicable.
• Failure to complete outstanding payments may result in suspension of classes, examinations, certificates, or other student services.
• All payments should be made using the payment methods officially communicated by HSE Experts & Consultancy.

6. Confirmation of Registration

After successful review of your enrollment and, where applicable, receipt of the required payment, our admissions team will confirm your registration through official communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, telephone, or other approved methods.

Students are advised not to make travel, accommodation, or employment arrangements until they have received official confirmation of their course schedule from HSE Experts & Consultancy.

7. Course Schedule & Training Changes

While every effort is made to deliver training according to the published schedule, HSE Experts & Consultancy reserves the right to modify training dates, instructors, venues, delivery methods, course content, or class timings whenever reasonably necessary.

Course schedules may be affected by low student enrollment, instructor availability, examination body requirements, public holidays, government directives, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Students will be notified of significant schedule changes as early as reasonably possible.

8. Attendance Requirements

Students are expected to attend all scheduled lectures, workshops, practical sessions, and assessments associated with their chosen qualification. Certain awarding bodies require minimum attendance percentages before students become eligible for examinations or certification.

• Students should arrive on time for all scheduled sessions.
• Repeated absence may affect eligibility for examinations or certification.
• Missed classes may not always be eligible for replacement sessions.
• Students remain responsible for completing assignments, assessments, and coursework within the required deadlines.

9. Examinations & Assessments

Certain qualifications offered by HSE Experts & Consultancy require students to complete written examinations, practical assessments, assignments, projects, presentations, or workplace assessments in accordance with the requirements of the relevant awarding body.

Students are solely responsible for preparing for examinations, submitting assessments before the specified deadlines, and complying with all examination regulations issued by the awarding organization. Examination dates, venues, and procedures are subject to the policies of the relevant awarding body and may change without prior notice.

10. Certification

Certificates are issued only after the successful completion of all course requirements, including attendance, assessments, examinations, fee clearance, and any other applicable academic or administrative requirements.

• Certificate issuance timelines depend upon the relevant awarding body where applicable.
• HSE Experts & Consultancy cannot guarantee certificate delivery dates that are controlled by external certification organizations.
• Replacement certificates, duplicate copies, or transcript requests may be subject to additional administrative charges.

11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Students who wish to withdraw from a course must notify HSE Experts & Consultancy as early as possible. Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with our refund policy and the requirements of the relevant awarding body, where applicable.

• Registration, examination, and awarding body fees may be non-refundable once submitted.
• No refund may be available after course materials have been provided or classes have commenced, except where required by applicable law.
• Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
• If HSE Experts & Consultancy cancels a course before it begins, students may be offered an alternative batch, course transfer, or refund, subject to management approval.

12. Student Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout their learning journey. Respect for instructors, staff members, fellow students, and institute property is required at all times.

• Provide accurate enrollment information.
• Attend classes regularly and participate responsibly.
• Complete assignments honestly without plagiarism or academic misconduct.
• Follow all classroom, online learning, and examination rules.
• Avoid disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other participants.
• Comply with all applicable health and safety requirements during practical training.

HSE Experts & Consultancy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrollment if their conduct seriously disrupts training, violates institute policies, or compromises the safety or learning environment of others.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all course materials, presentations, training manuals, study guides, videos, graphics, logos, website content, and educational resources provided by HSE Experts & Consultancy are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Students are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the learning materials solely for their own educational purposes. Copying, reproducing, distributing, recording, selling, publishing, or sharing any training material without prior written consent from HSE Experts & Consultancy is strictly prohibited.

14. Website Usage

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website functionality, upload malicious software, or engage in any activity that could damage the website or negatively affect other users.
